All shirts are inspected at the front counter upon arrival and continue to undergo a half a dozen additional inspections before they are returned to you. In the initial inspection, stains are identified and pre-spotted and any damages are repaired before the laundering process begins. Minor repairs like replacing a missing button or an open seam are done free of charge.
